You have 14 days from the day you received the order to request a refund. The items must have its original tags and must be in the same conditions you received them: unworn, not washed and no modifications shall be made and with every tag and accessories. 

Terms of returns:

So that we can manage the return, you have to access your order from our website: www.uniwearse.com and once inside the order, select the garments you want to return, indicating the reason and click on the option return order.

We will proceed to refund your order within 24-72 hours since your request. We will send you a tag via email that you shall stick to your original packaging so the carrier can pick it up. It is REALLY IMPORTANT that the package has the tag so we can track it to avoid any losses. 

Once we receive your items in our warehouse and check it is in perfect state, we will proceed to refund the amount you paid minus the return cost. 

Refund for return:

You shall recieve the amount in the same form of payment that you used for your order in max 15 days since the confirmation of acceptance, depending on your bank.
